I dont know about you Skoda, but i have worked heavy industry and let me tell you the air quality is supposed to be 3 - 30X worse for your health then smoking much less then second hand smoke, so what do you suggest, you phase out what little heavy industry we have left too? I mean, i hate to break it to you, if you dont smoke, your not going to get lung cancer by going to a bar or a restaurant every week. That is unless you live in a bar and with some of these losers here, i bet some could actually say that they do. Besides, last time i checked most places had smoking and non smoking sections anyway.

Classic example of another small and weak target to tax to the hilt. I mean shit, do you know how many innocent people die because of drunk driving each year? Ill give you two to one odds its more then second hand smoke. So, why just not eliminate alcohol or driving for that matter, imagine how safe we would be? The reality is its a free society, people are going to make bad choices with freedom. My advice would simply be to grow a set of balls and shuttin the fuck up. That is for those of us that like to whine about every little problem.

Besides, we need to keep the population from exploding, so a little tragedy is a good thing. And if its people making bad choices dying, i say fuck 'em, thats natural selection. I like natural selection, it creates a better gene pool.

Agree with you fellow Pennsylvanian, I don't know about most people myself like I said until it affects them, then they care? You know all about the Smoke Police in Pa. since the politicans decided to ban smoking almost everywhere in the State except at their cigar clubs, plus the tracks/casino's where the money flows.

Do you think the Luzerne County Judges will ever get sentenced? I played softball with "rella" I'm sure you heard about their scam.......

Many core Republican principles made a lot of sense to me in my 20s until I watched the party at a national level get utterly derailed by the religious right who want to have the nanny-state mandate adult consensual behaviors.

Thank you very much Death, honestly, you and i agree on most shit i have see you write here, and your not a lefty in my book. Labels are only fun for those of us that refuse to actually take the time and think. Im working on my next post now. I just dont want to put random stuff up there so i hope to update it a few times per week. And feel free to chime in there or anywher else and post whatever you like.

Bardude, i think your one of the most misunderstood (as if you give a rats ass) of anyone on here. You like Death, are not a lefty, your just so disenfranchised, you look to the lesser of two evils. Not exactly my style (i would rather just sit it out), but i cant blame the logic whatsoever. I think there is alot of like minded small government republicans out there, we just have to find a way to have our voice heard above the bible thumping hypocrites who mock the teachings of Jesus Christ, only to use him as an excuse and safety net for their continued failure. Not all of them do, but many do. Alot of Christians are Christians of convenience, nothing more.
