Why do they rip Dalton so much for lack of playoff success especially being its the freakin Bengals who had decades of not making the playoffs. Could it be Luck and the colts are just better.

It's the same they thing said about Manning when he played New England back in the day. Is it possible that the Pats were just a better team? They were saying that about Manning and he would have perfect passer ratings in the playoffs against Denver and KC. I didn't see many teams beating the Pats at home back then either.

San Diego is another team that always gives the colts fits in the playoff...Specifically when they had Sproles.

Everyone has ran over this defense since 1984. The colts have never had a defense including the early 90's when they had the #1 and #2 overall picks that were used on Steve Emtman and Quinton Coryatt. Both defensive players. Then Trev Alberts #5 overall I think the folllowing year.

The Colts won the SB because of their defense that year. Manning was terrible in the playoffs and their defense won it for them. Same as E. Manning, Giants defense beat NE twice.

It was statistically the worst defense but they turned it on in the playoffs when Bob Sanders came back. 1 player can really make a defense. You see it with Revis and Watt

Oh yeah, and for the record I think Luck is damn good. I remember watching his Dad play her with the Oilers back in the day. His son played locally here in High School as well.

A great QB makes all the difference in the world.

It's amazing how many NFL quarterbacks came from Texas. Brees, Luck, Stafford, Dalton and prob. more.

There is a story that when Oliver Luck backed up Archie Manning for a season with the Oilers. Oliver Luck as the back up would take Cooper and Peyton to McDonalds. Strange how his son would eventually replace an all time great.

I have no damn idea what Hou does at QB next year. They need an offense to match that defense.
