WSEX will be one book that will continue to take US customers.

They have no choice. Their top execs are already fugitives as reported on 60 Minutes and ESPN, and they cannot come back to the US without being arrested.

And WSEX gets the vast majority of biz from US players.

They have NOTHING to lose by continuing business as usual despite this proposed law.

Take it to the bank - WSEX will still cater to US players. Otherwise, their biz goes in the toilet, and they have to remain outside the US for the rest of their lives unless the law is later reversed and their fugitive status is later revoked. But that's 10 years down the road at least.
