This is a new thread of an idea I have been bouncing around in Co-Caps thread ...
keep it simple is what I strive to do ...
Fisher/McNair vs Belichek/Brady ... very close to call s light nod to NE ... I think a teaser on either side carries the day.
Martz/Bulger vs Fox/Delhomme ... love the Panthers here ... Martz is questionable at best, Bulger is untested. Fox is the man and Delhomme has a playoff win under his belt.
Vermeil/Green vs Dungy/Manning ... although the coaching nod goes to Vermeil (a little more than slightly) Manning is far superior to the million dollar arm/ ten cent head of Green ... Indy wins.
Reid/McNabb vs Sherman/Favre ... a huge advantage in coaching to the Eagles ... Reid is a general ... Mcnabb has experience in the PO's ... enuff, I think to carry the day over the mistake prone Favre ...
So there is my card ... forget the spread ... as stated elsewhere the winner covers 82% of the time ...
New England -6.5
Carolina +7
Indy +3
Philly - 5
Just my .02 GLTA !
