I'm taking Fulham plus .5 - 145.

I feel this game is a strong candidate for a goalless draw or certainly a low scoring affair and so I like Fulham plus the .5. Steed Malbranque could be out which hurts but with the exception of Zamora, who quite frankly has been riding his luck for weeks, West Ham NEVER look like they are going to score.

West Ham signed Dean Ashton today for 7m (about 3m too much IMO), and to make a move like that shows you they must feel they have a problem with their existing strikers. Quite frankly, I agree, and since he is unlikely to be available today, or even if he is will not likely start, these problems will continue this afternoon and hopefully make me some $$$.

If you fancy a flutter just cause its on tv but feel like throwing a unit on the game, Brian Mc Bride looks like value at 7-1 to score the first/last goal.

Not so sure about a goalless draw. West Ham games have netted an average of 2.73 goals per game. They've scored 29 goals in 22 games which is about middle of the pack. More than Fulham's 26 goals in 22 games.

West Ham's style of play is to attack and take the game to their opponent. Fulham is still winless on the road and their manager appears anxious to pick up an away victory. If Fulham is going to seek a victory there could be many goals.
