wow great info in this post guys, thanks for the links. I have also played this trend for quite a while. Would be the first time I can ever remember getting 3 plays in one week. Thanks for the reminder Quantum:103631605

Looks good man, i have yet to make a system work seasons. I crack events rounds of 16 -finals.
I actually just cracked one out that pays out at +4279 for the over/under for total wins for a womens ATP tennis quarterfinal round. Its a parlay of 6 now but a new match starts about every 45 min. If anyone wants to give it a shot just PMME.

Hey Quantum, does the favorite need to be home or does that matter?

Good question Orion. We've had discussions about this previously.

If you will look at the results of games that fit this system in the chart on the first page of this thread you will notice a column for H or A. You will see that most teams that fit this system are at home. However, there are a few that are away that fit this system.

alyn,

Check out the links to previous years listed in my first post. You will notice quite a bit of discussion on this topic. Of course you will also notice that we will include which teams finally fit this on Sunday morning since the system is based upon the closing line.

There may be teams that fit the system during the week but don't fit it on Sunday morning. Those teams we will NOT be playing.

Here are updated lines for teams going into a bye week:

Detroit +4 or +4 1/2
Indy -4 1/2 or -5 (mostly -5)
Miami +12 or +12 1/2
NYG -13 or -13 1/2
Seattle -9 or -9 1/2
NE -12 or -12 1/2

NYG, NE and Seattle are so far in. Indy is still a possibility.

I agree the Seattle play is a bit sketchy, but NYG-13 v. CIN is a little easier on the belly. Also, check the thread over at talksport somebody, "refined" the system a bit to a perfect 24-0 and NYG fits that as well.

Looks like all 3 teams fit that scenario this week.

Yeah, I'm thinking about tying all three together in a parlay. And maybe going a little heavy on NYG since they fit into the "Home and off a previous win by 20+" system as well.

I thought one of the rules was teams had to be outside of their division which would only leave the Giants.

That is a different system and is 3-6 ATS in the last 9.

Here is the query at sportsdatabase.com:

season > 2001 and week+2=n:week and line <=-6.5 and line >=-14.5 and division!=o:division

HERE!!! (Figured I better answer roll call since I was listed twice, LOL).

Hey QL ~ Long time, no talk. Thanks for bringing this back to everyone's attention. I've been so preoccupied with keeping a pulse on the birth of this new season that I didn't recognize it was already time to employ the Bye System.

BOLTA this weekend!

I thought about that too sdf since I have questions regarding Seattle.

Final picks coming up soon.
