I like the Titans minus the points. This doesn't seem like the spot where the Jags will get their offense going and how long can the D keep it within a touchdown against a somewhat balanced Titan attack.
I am also hesitant to lay four with Philly on the road, in a dome, coming off a big Monday night effort and playing against a Lion team feeling pretty good about themselves.
