Goodell says proper consumer protections in DFS are important. Not sure those are in place yet.

Roger Goodell is asked about inconsistencies from officiating crews. "It's like you've been in my office," he says. Added there may be times where officiating crews need to be broken up during the season.

Goodell says length of replay reviews has to be considered. Length of games is up three minutes this year, he said. Doesn't see pass interference calls being reviewable.
