Valencia vs Villareal
2 great teams here, Villareal has lost some attacking power in Diego Forlan and Juan Roman Riquelme, but I think this game is going to end in a draw. Valencia has improved their squad drastically over this summer but most of their signing will be sitting out for their opening match. Last time they played Villareal won away from home 3-2. I think its going to be a draw and the likes of Valencia's new and improved squad isn't going to kick in til later...

Espanyol are known to start of the season slow. Plus on top of that they are facing an injury and sickness crises throughout their players. I think Valladolid going to come out strong maybe even causing the upset to win the +305 money line...

Athletic is doing something that I like this season, they didn't change their whole squad around. They are actually sticking with pretty much the same squad as last season. Yes last season they barely got through not being regulated, but Osasuna has a whole new strike force, and I don't see them catching a flow together against a side thats never been regulated by the first game. I think Athletic Bilbao is going to bring their success in summer friendlies into their first game the season...
