Portsmouth seem to have a curse against Preston. They have a horrible record against them and although it has been 5 years since that last game in 2003 and they have completely different teams, I think Preston is going to keep that trend going. They should be more pumped up than usual since they are playing a Premiership team and they also get home advantage.

Almeria are looking good for this game. They have proven that they are a very hard team to beat in La Liga and they are sitting 8th in the table comfortably. They are looking healthy for this game and I think they should come away with another win to go along with the run they've been on.

Vallodolid are looking to bounce back from that 7-0 beat down Real Madrid gave them last week so they will probably be playing a very attacking game here. I think both teams will score and I'm hoping for a third goal to come from either side here.

Villarreal haven't done it for me lately. They lost a close match to Zenit and before that they picked up a victory which in my opinion they did not deserve at all.
