Suggestion:

The RX should post a list 'PUBLICLY' of members who are and have been banned.
Post when banned and how many times.
Maybe that would clean up the repeated Trollers/Bashers/Unproductive Posters.

Still would prefer a current live running list.
It would make every poster send in a" report" instead of just letting it go.
I let many go, but no more.
If someone is in any of my threads or stalks my comments in other threads - Im going to report every one until they are banned.

The RX has allowed this to go on for more than a year. Either clean it up or lose more members.
Obviously warnings are no good and especially when Joy waived the banning of the most offensive trolls on here.
They are worse after returning because they think they will get the ban waived again.
Also they input NOTHING in value except a "con attitude" regardless of what the content is.,
Joy is encouraging them by removing the ban.
Thats just not common sense.
