Is Chad Kelly the best QB in the SEC? Seems to have really good arm strength and a swagger, but a tendency to do bone headed things.

If he can keep Thug Kelly in the closet at all times. Getting kicked off the team from Clemson was definitely the best thing for him though as he's way too talented to ride behind D. Watson.
