Actually you don't know that. It doesn't say that he "pointed the gun at a cop". He also wasn't "accused of armed robbery" according to the article posted by the OP. You don't really know anything about what happened, and neither do I. But whatever, you can't argue with people that think a 13 year old kid dying is a good thing.

There is no defending the kid in this case. This is deplorable that society now has so many people that do not respect the rule of law. If a police officer thinks that you are trying to pull a weapon during a chase and sees the weapon, you are dead and you deserved to die. Let me repeat myself, this kid is 100% at fault and got everything he deserved. I am so tired of people second guessing our law enforcement. I would rather some 13 year kid with a gun (real or fake) takes the bullet over one of our police officers.
