first game I had was winnipeg +9 against BC, of course I know nothing is certain till the fat lady sings in the CFL but being up 18-11 late I thought for sure I had a winner.
what gets me also is that I almost bought the game up to 10, I remember clearly it was +10 -129 at pinnacle with the buy, but then I said to myself it was a sucker play and chose to stay at +9 -108 and save the 21 cents of VIG. It sure felt like a loser when I pushed.
Then comes the Edmonton at Toronto Fiaco, I hammerred edmonton +4 and should have had a winner also. In fact the lines were going crazy about 20 minutes before kick off and at one point BOOKMAKER had Toronto -3, and I thought about going for a 2K middle with Toronto -3 and Edmonton +4, but then said to myself the odds were unlilkely seeing as this was the CFL. Anyway, of course not only do I push my wager, but the middle would have hit (one side of it anyway).
