Just going off on a tangent. Well, here I looking at about four games now. Bama, Penn St, NC St, and Memphis.
I've already pulled the trigger on NCST. I feel NCST hasn't been gettin enough recongition for this season. Whupped on Maryland away, barely lost @UNC, took care of Georgia Tech at home as well as Clemson, and their the only ACC team so far to beat FSU in Tallahasee. PS: you gotta like the unranked, favored deal.
As for the other three, I'm still thinking. Bama is a weak road team, I wouldn't pull for em as a favorite, that's for sure. But South Carolina, has just been welcomed to the top 25. No doubt in my mind South Carolina wins. But history speaks for herself and Bama has won the last 4 meeting here. I guess I just think Bama coaching staff got somethin here and keep it close.
Purdue and Penn St. Crazy game here. Purdue has a legend for a coach (maybe more legendry is the hairdo). But I'm not liking the direction their headed turning the corner to March. Penn St. is at home and I'm only basing this on how the two teams played agains Ohio St. You can make an argument for Purdy Purdue that Ohio ST is starting to get it together. I highly doubt that. From what I've heard OSU has a lot of work to do. Look to play another ML on Penn St. but I doubt it. Don't want to push my luck, you know.
Finally, Memphis. Homecourt advantage. Louisville is good, but are they that good. I seen that Louisville is down some players but was this known before or after the lines came out? If any one know pleas tell me. I thinks this is to small a line for this game. But then again it is Memphis and they've always been a traditionally strong team.
NC ST -2
Bama +8
Penn St +7
Memphis +2.5
(figured I'd add this in since I forget
too earlier, sorry.
