Unless you know something no one else does, Vegas has been open for weeks. If you're referring to masks, they are still required.

Mean't extracurricular. Wife and I are fine just gambling, hanging and eating at the hotels. Our kids and their friends are coming. They're looking to party at the clubs. i'm told their shut down.

Clubs won't be opening up in Vegas for quite some time......I know shows or concerts won't be around at all in 2020 from what I've read.

If this virus stuff continues & so do the lockdowns for several years, I don't see how casinos, restaurants, bars, etc survive staying open.

Where are you staying? Bars are closed everywhere. I'm at the Paris tonight with many restaurants closed. I walked through Ballys and, no joke, there were more employees there than customers. Keep an eye out for protest marches on the strip...usually around the Bellagio. And oh, by the way...over 110 every day from now until Monday. The pools are busy so plan that accordingly.
