The entire situation is really funny. I think also they just have the most piss poor cx service. wagerstreet.com is also on the same Indian Reserve & from what I understand they are A+. In the past SIA used to send me a check. Sometimes within 3 ti 4 business days, it was incredible. Now they no longer send Paper Checks, only E-checks. & this is where the delay seems to be in my case. Unfortunately I did not use Netteller to deposit. I think I should have it appears much smoother (but a bit more compliacated cauz I am in Canada.

By the way I think they went with this bullshit E-CHECK system knowingly fullwell that it takes forever to get paid through them that 99% of SIA customers will say "**** it" and cancel the withdrawl and just keep on betting. SIA hopes that the rec. gambler will make bigger bets on longer shots since most probably think that they will never see their cash as it is.

Still No Cash From SIA. They Owe me 6K. According to their side they initially processed my request to their 'e check' processor on the 10th & it didnt go Through. (Refused By Processor). They tried again on the 18th & again it didn't go through. I have since spoken at length with Cx service. They Claim their were a few hickups with the system. I asked for Check by Purolator but they say that they do not print Checks anymore, I asked for Netteller but since I used Mastercard to deposit they wont withdraw to Netteller. They also offer Bank Wire so I sent them all the information they need for Bank Wire. I spoke with a gentlemen in Accoutning who claims my Request was re-processed on Friday the 28th & should be in my account on Thursday this week. He has advised me to email him if it is not in my account on Thursday. Their Cx service is not sympathetic to my situation at all & The Front line staff is not capable of researching or answering questions. Nor will they let you speak to accounting. They only pass messages to them on your behalf.
I am still very confident that I will get my $$$$, I think there have just been trouble with the processing. Although I must admit it makes me nervous.
Any suggestions of what I should do if no $$$ by Thursday?
They have admitted fully that they owe me the money but are not apologetic for the delay nor are they prepered to offer me alternative withdrawal methods.

have you tried getting the guys who backed the "unseeded player makes Wimbledon final prop" paid out properly by SIA?
If you can achieve that from this bunch of Mafia bookies I will be very impressed.
Still, credit where it is due. Getting SIA to move on anything where decent customer service is concerned is a fine effort. I always found them totally useless, though they never ripped me off.
But that Wimbledon prop was the last straw for me. I don't deal with criminals in any walk of life and that includes gambling.

I only had one person approach me about that particular issue PP. I went to bat for him but didn't get him everything he was owed. I promise to help but I can't guarantee the end result.
Still though he was offered a settlement above what he initally got which he accepted. It wasn't everything that I believe he was due but it was better then being turned away.
