Sportsbetting.com guity of false advertising or incompetance

Called them up to ask them about the HDTV that they are advertising in big letters right here at the forum and got the most insulting response you can ever imagine.

The guy got pissed that I even brought it up.

He says there is no such thing as a HDTV promotion and there never was.
I told him you have a huge banner at therx advertising HDTV, IPOD and NINTINDO WIIs. Then he got even more pisssed, raised his voice and said I dont know how many times I have to tell you this dont exist.

Then I told him to let me talk to the supervisor, at first would not let me, but finally I got someone else on the phone. He told me the same exact thing, although not quite as rudely as the first guy.

EITHER they need to start offering this shit, or you guys need to take those banners down pronto!

Obviously he is not banned. His thread is in the Rubber Room. I tried to find the promo for him and in the mean time keep the thread from becoming worse than it was.

The other day Earl had a problem with a book, it was allowed to stand without a problem but when a post is all vicious profanity they will get edited.

Bottom line here is the banner is outdated and our fault for still having it attached to Sportsbetting.com's banner so natrually the clerk didn't know anything about it.

The banner above is an old one, unfortunately. Sportsbetting.com used to use a third-party marketing company for its banners. When I didn't hear back from them in August to my request for new football season banners if needed, I made the (erroneous) assumption that the current ones were okay.

I've made Sportsbetting aware of the issue and hope to have new banners shortly.
