Sports Books in Nevada and Elsewhere?

Are they open? Dover Delaware's sportsbook is still closed as of a few minutes ago, white the Casino is OPEN!:think2:

Most were open in Vegas on Saturday

Yeah if they are NOT open by Thursday, there is something seriously wrong. It's quite a LARGE space, not as big as the casino floor, but large enough to allow sports betting lines even if they don't want seating for the races, games etc.
