Halifax, I received a 10% BONUS when I made my initial deposit of 1,000.00 That is NOT THE ISSUE THEY ARE TELLING ME IT IS FRAUD THAT I CREATED THE ACCOUNT.

I HAD 2 OTHER ACCOUNTS CREATED BUT THEY ARE DISABLED. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THEY WERE FUNDED.

WHEN I PLAYED AT SPORTSBOOK.COM I DEPOSITED MONEY AND THEY KNEW WHO I WAS! I DID NOT GET THE BONUS EVERY TIME.

That is NOT what this is ABOUT.

Furthermore, They told me the FUNDS have been SENT. This is A DOWN RIGHT LIE!

From there DISCLAIMER:

Multiple Accounts

"Customers are not permitted to open multiple accounts in order to circumvent the limits imposed by our wagering system. Performing such an action may trigger an audit of your account. If multiple accounts have been used then all bets will be void."

NOT AT ALL. NOT EVEN CLOSE. JUST LOOK SPORTINGBET THAT IS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO.

General - I'm literally EXHAUSTED over this issue. Really I am. I thought I handle EVERYTHING appropriately and professionally.

I could have BASHED THEM constantly THROUGH THIS PROCESS and I did not.

There have BEEN SO MANY INCONSISTENCIES in there statements and communcation to me that IT MAKES ME SICK.

This is JUST unacceptable.

Taking Fraud serious is one thing BUT this is DEFINITELY NOT the way IT should be handled.

BOY, I'm certainly NOT a FRAUD but they SURE make you FEEL like ONE.

I'm still not 100% sure of your situation, but here are the rules as I know them:

1. You can open 1 ACCOUNT at each of SportsBook, SportingbetUSA, WallStreet, PlayersOnly, etc., and you can receive the 10% sign-up bonus at each book. This is legit.

2. You cannot collectively bet more than their Max limit, by spreading the bets over several of the books. In other words, if they have a $2,000 Max on a baseball bet, you can't bet $2,000 at WallStreet and $2,000 at Sportsbook.

3. If you opened an account at WallStreet a year ago and received a 10% sign-up bonus at that time, and now (because you forgot your account number) you open another account at WallStreet today and receive another 10% sign-up bonus, they (rightfully) can confiscate this 2nd 10% sign-up bonus that you receive.

4. If you opened an account at WallStreet a year ago BUT DID NOT FUND IT, and (because you forgot the account number) you open another account at WallStreet today and receive a 10% sign-up bonus, you should be fine.

5. If, in the past, you did what I described in Scenario 3 at any of their other sister books, they can and probably will confiscate any duplicate sign-up bonuses that you received.

Do you fit into any of these categories ?

Halifax,

I'm being completely HONEST with you I DON'T know if I ever actually FUNDED my WALLSTREET ACCOUNT BEFORE.

THEY GAVE ME THE BONUS, IF I DID THEM Confiscate IT, I DON'T CARE...

THIS IS NOT WHAT IT IS ABOUT Furthermore, where are those RULES STATED..

READ THE DISCLAIMER ABOVE. and Read MY POSTS ABOVE. I WAS NOT TRYING TO DO ANYTHING INAPPROPRIATELY AS FAR AS BETTING OR THE D$MN Bonus.

ALL THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO IS LOOK AT THESE ACCOUNTS. THEY KNOW WHICH ONES I FUNDED; I USED THE EXACT SAME INFO AND CUSTOMER INFO ON ALL OF THEM.

Thanks...

General, I'm trying and trying to be cool and I do appreciate Halifax's comments. I understand this.

But also realize what I have gone through and I know you do.

Just so many FALSE statements and then to have this happen AFTER THEY told me the Money was sent it just completely unacceptable.

Seriously, they can look at each and everyone of these accounts. There is NO Funny Business whatsoever.

Thanks for understanding,
SA

Believe me, this process will be seen through. This is Guaranteed.

Hope it works out for you SA, I'm sure it will. The bonuses probably sent up a red flag somewhere. It can be easy to make an honest mistake when dealing with sister books like this. Keep us posted sir.

BTW if you had done this at EWinner they would not only take your bonus, the whole $4000 would be confiscated too. Plus anything else in the accounts.

Thankfully you didn't make a mistake there.

Patrick;

No, not really they can't...Please read the disclaimer from above. It is no where to be found. But, again this is NOT the issue.

These accounts in questions, were in a span of several years.

Thanks for the ODDS. I may not be laughing but I'm sure others will...

Believe me, you CAN CHECK MY RECORD out AT ANY OF THE OTHER BOOKS I PLAYED AT:

1. BETMAKER
2. WSEX
3. CARIB
4. SPORTBET
5. SPORTSBETTING

So on, and So on...

SA,

I don't know why you are having problems. All I can say from my personal experience is that I have probably done more business with the sportingbet family f books, than any other set of books. I have deposited and withdrawn in the high 5 figures with them and have never had a problem.

But I will say this from the time I request a wire transfer until the time I recieve it, it is usually 4 business days.

SA,

I just went to the sportingbet site (never have dealt with them) and saw who they are related to. I now completely understand your agony.

Good Luck and I hope you get some help from the good people here.

It looks to me like the issue is your a "loudmouth" who started bashing them as soon as you placed your withdrawl over the exact wording on their site. I bet your not so concerned about what "24 hours a day withdrawls" means anymore, are you. chances are they are well aware of the whole situation and are doing it just to piss you off.

Jeffrey, Pleas GO back and READ my initial POST! I NEVER Bashed them until NOW.

My point ALL along was that they were misleading their customers. Was I right, YES, they changed their WEBSITE didn't they?

Please just read my post. I really do not care if they are PISSED off. I won fair and square and for them to act in this mannner just argues how bad this company really is....

This process is just unacceptable, and everyone...will know about this.

FALSE Statements
The Lied claiming the money was sent. Made me look very embarrassing when I'm inquiry with Firepay that they sent the MONEY! When it was never actually sent
Misleading their customers

Jeffrey, please just learn to read.
Thanks,
SA

By the way, NOW I'm being harrassed with emails from ALL OF WG SITES with every account I opened! Not just the sportingbet sites.

I have a feeling this is going to go even further up the chain!!!
