Hey Guys... For what it's worth. I bet w/ Wallstreet and Sportsbook and I can tell you that they were down most of Saturday into Sunday morning - no bets could be made, no money could be deposited.

AcidKid - Thanks, but don't you think my withdrawal should have been done by now?

Come on..I got 3 different answers from them tonight and still no withdrawal.

I can believe that they were done but how is that impacting my withdrawal.

Jay - Believe me, I'm trying to be patient but I keep getting different answers. I still don't know when this will be officially processed.

My post from earlier.

If you would have one contact person and not 3 you wouldn't get 3 different answers.

Like right now you can call the supervisor on duty, his name is Ajax.

Well Jay, I just emailed and talked to online customer service and got 3 different answers.

I took your advice and just called.

I just talked to Janice who was nice but could only tell me that they heard NOTHING NEW from withdrawals and to definitely try back in the morning.

She has a great ascent!

they told me they would "trace" my wire, because I never received it.
They told me it could take 6 weeks.

well, it has been 15 weeks now.
I email them every week and they tell me they don't have any news

Well, I shall see today. No more reasons for them at this point.

VG and Hools, I feel for you. Boy, I can't imagine waiting that long.

Hopefully, I will have some good news today.

Thanks,
SA

SA, Look at it as a learning situation and get all your money out of sportsbook.com and go somewhere that will pay you "your" money when you win! I have no doubts they will pay you but as I have hammered this point, this is just a part of their company strategy and it will not change.

The update:

The good - I was told my withdrawal has been processed and funds released.

The bad - I do not have funds; I'm told they will hit my Firepay account in 24-72 hours? in talking to Firepay it seems it is up to the merchant as to how they handle transferring the money. Not sure why it would take this long for a Firepay withdrawal. This is my first experience with Firepay as I have used Neteller in the past so I'm not sure about the length of time in posting to an account.

One last thing, I did hear from the General Manager from Wallstreet in an email. I will not go into details due to knowing they do not comment on these boards and I do not want to use his email in any negative way or for my advantage. I would just say that he was very professional, cordial, and apologetic in his email.

I will say that I do believe the system downtime did not help in my process. Was it responsible for everything, No but it didn't help my matter.

Hopefully, tomorrow I can give you(me) great news that I actually have the funds.

Thanks,
SA

Well, still waiting for the funds to hit my Firepay account.

Like I said this is my first Firepay withdrawal so I'm not sure how long it normally takes.

Has anyone else done Firepayd withdrawals and if so how long did it take for you to receive the funds?

Wallstreet is telling me 24-72 hours to post to my account.

I contacted Firepay and of course they tell me nothing other than checking with the Merchant.

Thanks and still waiting,
SA

This is just DOWN right UNBELIEVABLE. and I can tell you there will be further action taken after this process is completed:

I've done everything right in order to withdrawal my money and now THIS:

Here is the email on 9/30 that indicates the MONEY has been transferred to my firepay account:

I am pleased to inform you, your withdrawal for $4000 was processed and sent
to your Firepay account today. It should post in your account tomorrow. If
youy have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,

NEVER received. I called today and GUESS WHAT, they tell me my account is on HOLD again! I never even knew this, NO communication to tell me this!!!! I been talking to them since I initiated the withdrawal LAST WEDNESDAY (9/24).

NOW AFTER ALL this and the email above and all the email communication from them letting me know that my funds have been processed GUESS WHAT, I'M BEING AUDITED AGAIN!!!

This time I must fax in ALL the documentation (License, Credit Card Statements). This is A COMPLETE JOKE...Oh, I will do it. Believe me. This is DUE TO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS I HAD playing over THE MANY YEARS WITH THEIR OTHER SITES. I ONLY EVER HAD 1 ACTIVE ACCOUNT IN ANY ONE TIME!!! JUST BECAUSE I CREATED AN ACCOUNT DOESN'T MEAN I FUNDED THEM AT THE SAME TIME...I DIDN'T!!!!! This was due to coming back and NOT KNOWING MY ACCOUNT ID.....There WAS NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER ANY DOUBLE DIPPING WHATSOEVER. This is a DISGRACEFUL. And to think ALL THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO IS LOOK AT THIS ACCOUNTS TO REALIZE THIS...

They ARE FINDING WAYS TO NOT PAY....THIS IS THE BOTTOM LINE. I WILL DO THIS BELIEVE ME. For them, to tell me AFTER ALL THIS TIME THAT MY ACCOUNT IS BEING AUDITED AGAIN! AFTER, TELLING ME THE FUNDS HAVE BEEN SENT TO MY FIREPAY ACCOUNT IS Just unacceptable.

I played by their RULES. Just CHECK THE RECORDS Sportingbet. I even gotten withdrawals from them BEFORE!

THIS JUST REFLECTS ON THE COMPANY, SORRY JAY but this is just completely UNACCEPTABLE. GO AHEAD CHECK ALL MY RECORDS.

The DOCUMENTATION WILL BE FAXED TONIGHT!

So when you came back to the same book and opened a new account because you forgot your old account number, did you receive another sign-up bonus ?

You never received another sign-up bonus, but you received a BONUS.

Not sure what you mean - are you talking about the regular Thursday 5% bonus, or another 10% bonus ?
