I reactivated my account the other day and sportbet gave me 20% bonus. I was told that I could withdraw winnings as I was told when I first opened my account. My total bonus was for $400. I wagered and won and withdrew my winnings. They paid me with no problems but confiscated the bonus siting their bonus rules. But their bonus rules states the following "When playing in the sportsbook, clients will be required to wager 5 times the initial deposit+bonus+fees, as well as leave their deposit+bonus+fees amount in their account for 30 days from the date of their first play, and the account must remain active during that time." It never states that you will loose yuor bonus if withdraw winnings. I called them and the female cs rep was nice and told me you can't make any withdraw for 30 days and until the 5 time rollover is met. Then the manager gets on the phone and tells me that the 5 time rollover has to be met but you can withdraw winnings after that. What a joke this place is. I spoke with three different people and get three different bonus policies. I don't know if these guys are in trouble or not, but they sure are the gang that can't shoot straight.
