Listen to this bullshit that went down at my job the past week. Okay last week I informed a female coworker to watch her back at work because her work is being monitored. Now this chick is cute but she is also a lesbian but I thought she was totally cool. Man was I mistaken big time...
So on Tuesday I sent an email to a couple of male coworkers of a picture of a girl from the internet wearing only a long shirt and titled it "Jailbait?" The chick in the picture was in fact legal but she looked pretty young. Well one of the guys I sent the picture to noticed the chick kinda looks like the dyke that we work with and he told me he was thinking about sending the picture to her. I told him to go ahead and didn't think nothing of it. Well my dumbass coworker copied me on the email that he sent to the dyke and he didn't delete the text "Jailbait" and added the following personal text "Hey why don't you wear a shirt like this tomorrow. You know for Halloween."
So an hour or passes by and the dyke never responded to the email and my other coworker was getting kind of worried. So I said I will call her extension for him and see if she was upset. So I get the little carpet-muncher on the phone and told her that our coworker was wondering why you didn't respond to the email and that he was concerned if he might have upset you. She said no not all and she was to busy to respond. I even asked her did that email offend you in anyway because that was nobody's intention. She still said it didn't bother her and that she was fine. We proceeded to chit chat for about 10 minutes on the phone about our plans for halloween and the weekend before hanging up.
So the next day (halloween) she came into work and she was wearing a long-sleeve shirt underneath a short sleeve shirt and me thinking that she was cool told her in a joking manner that I thought you were just going to wear just a shirt and here you are wearing two shirts. Then about two hours later I called into the office with management and human resources and was informed that she filed a formal complaint against us the day before (30 minutes after I asked her if she was offended or felt uncomfortable). And then reiterated her complaint that morning after I made my comment. I was fuckin pissed and went off and said first off I didn't send her the email I was only copied on it so don't hold me responsible for somebody else's actions. Second I said I asked her straight out if that email that was sent to er bothered her and she said no. Had she told me yes I never made a joke about it the next day. And third I told them how this chick makes all sorts of sexual references through out the day and she never had a problem.
While in the office management told me that they were planning on firing her ass because of her poor work performance and lying about shit and that was using that email as an oppurtunity to claim it is a hostile work environment. So naturally after being betrayed by this cunt I dropped a full dime on her ass and printed out an email correspondence between us that happened a week ago when she came into work wearing Bruin Blue and I emailed her telling her Bruin blue is my favorite color and that she isn't allowed to wear it. Then she replied "LOL!!! I only own two articles of clothes of baby blue and the other one I cant wear to work". Now if that isn't a sexual suggestive email I don't know what is. I also gave them an email that she sent to me first staring a conversation. The purpose of that email was for me to point out that she can't even and lie and say she was trying to avoid and that I was the sole person to initiate conversation.
Everybody at work is on mine and the other guys side and no this bitch is trying to put management in a pickle and think twice about firing her. Here I was trying to be a good friend and coworker and instead she used my kindness to try to burn me to save her ass instead of just doing her fuckin job right.
Thanks for listening guys I just needed to vent a little bit. But all in all I think chicks don't belong in the workplace with males because all the try to do is get attention and start shit. It doesn't matter how they look either when it is time for them to get fired they cry sexual harrassment. I think that card is played more then the race card these days.
