Some Real Tips Advice That Will Boost Your Health, Increase Your Strength

– Remove all of your hair in all the whole body
The hair are body’s waste, that’s why you see it more often when you adult.
If hair is important, so why it can natural drop?
Remove it in as soon as possible, and should be every 1 or 2 weeks no matter what position including “sensitive” one.
– Eat a lot of green smoothies
Only raw green leaf and raw fruit that can truely empower the body. They are the best, the most clean “fuel” for the body. All kind of cooked foods or even grains/nuts are not clean “fuel”.
– Eat less protein foods as possible
When you are adult, you are not able to “grow” anymore. So there is absolutely no point to eat more protein at all.
Muscle are not the real true strenght of human body.
Lose muscle even increase your stamina and energy, believe me !
– Avoid eating package foods or any foods contain artificial chemicals
Because it contain the artificial chemical which will slow down the body running/operating speed.
– Avoid eating at the night or when at home
If you do not work thus you do not need any energy, so there is no point to eat.
When you do not eat, the body will have more time to recover.
– Only eat 1 meal a day
1 meal a day is the way to go for most people, save time & energy & money.
– Diversity eating
You should try and eat as many food dish as possible, do not only eat the meal in your culture, but should try the new difference one from other nations as well.
– Swimming as much as possible
The fastest, quickest way to detox the body is swimming, even just walking in the swimming pool are enough.
– Sleep as early as possible, especially when the moon appear
When the moon appear, the recovering process will be fasten than in the day sun.
– Try to play as many sport as possible
Each sports have it own strenght and secret benefit
– Avoid playing video games
Video games are just the movenment of the number, especially the online commercial games.
If you want to play video games, you should only play offline games.
– Do not chase for the material matter
Instead of blind following trending products/services, you should only buy the one that you truly needed. It is just waste of time, money to chasing buying new products that can become the old one and cheap one after few years.
– Read, watch manga, anime, comic
There is no point of read/watch news on the television, you should not spend time on those “control” news, they are designed for the unware public people.
Instead you should read, watch a lot of manga, comic, anime, which increase your creative level.
Above are just quick free tips that will greatly boost your health and your intelligence.
