I don't know the deal with this website argument. I do know that it is possible to get things mixed up as far as where an article originated. If Zit posted a link himself obviously he visited the site mentioned. However there are many sites that carry info or link to other sites. Sometimes it takes me multiple searches if I care enough to want to find out where a fringe opinion piece was converted into *fact* on the blogosphere. And whether LorR sometimes I never find the original source. Experience has taught me when to spot opinion that's been passed as news, and to differentiate between real terrorist threats and scare material etc, as well as if a *study* was conducted by a scientist or a zealot. IOW it's hard to BS me.

It was over 35 years ago when I walked into a bar in New London,CT and I sat down and ordered a beer. Was a small place and only a few people there but I realized quickly it was a gay bar. No one bothered me and I had a couple beers and left. The second time was a few years later when visiting an aunt and uncle in Flint, Mi. My uncles uncle was gay and he and his partner ask me to join them for a drink one night so I went with them. The 3rd time was just a few years ago when my wife and I along with a few other couples went to a gay club here in Terre Haute where they have female impersonators.

Same-sex marriage in prison "causes some trouble for our prevailing orthodoxies on sexuality and the law," according to The Weekly Standard.



British inmates Marc Goodwin and Mikhail Gallatinov became the first men to marry one another in the British penal system last year, despite serving life sentences for "hate crimes targeting homosexuals," the Standard reports.
According to The Guardian, Gallatinov is a convicted pedophile who was convicted in 1997 of murdering a man he met through a gay chat line. Goodwin was sentenced in 2007 for killing Malcolm Benfold, 57, in what was described by police as "a savage, senseless homophobic attack that resulted in the death of a harmless man."



Gallatinov's mother, Christina Williams, said she was "glad he's found love again," after an earlier ex-boyfriend was moved by prison officials.

And while we're at it, if same-sex marriage is broadened to include even prison inmates, then why have gender-segregated prisons in the first place? Doesn't the prospect of gay inmates having daily contact with their spouses cause a disparate impact on heterosexual inmates?"



Gallatinov and Goodwin have not been allowed to share a cell after their marriage, and are housed in separate wings of the prison.
"This sort of confusion is where the sexuality and gender revolution of the last twenty years eventually leads," Last concludes. "And it's only going to get worse."
