actually may have a pick tomorrow, but otherwise will just have Fri-Sun in here. Lost a ton last week so hopefully this week break did the trick

Vitesse vs PSV - Holland Saturday - Vitesse just gave up 3 2nd half goals today against Herenveen and will play against top team in the league next. Vitesse's obvious downtrend, 1-1-4 last 5, now must go against PSV who've won 8 straight league games 7 of which they won by 2+ goals. They're also 6-0-0 last 6 vs Vitesse including road wins of 4-0, 3-1, 2-0 with the 4-0 road win just 3 weeks ago. This line will be -1.5 1.80 for sure by Saturday. PSV -1.25 goals 6.5/10 @1.787 (pinn)

Cobreloa vs U de Chile - Chile Sunday - La U with decent run of form with three straight 1-0 wins but they've had a subpar campaign and were truly midtable all season. They'll miss their two top scorers, Rodrigo Astudilo and Marcelo Salas, for this second leg after winning 1-0 in home leg. La U have been very poor in road matches anyway, failing to score in half of them and even losing recently to 18th placed Morning. Cobreloa undefeated again at home, 8-2-0, and will have a full squad to overturn the goal deficit. They are 4-2-0 last 6 at home vs U de Chile and should be on their way to the semifinals. Cobreloa 5/10 @1.813 (pinn)

Flamengo vs Sao Caetano - Brazil Saturday - both teams using their juniors and reserves which is a big advantage for Flamengo, in my opinion, because their junior team is so strong. Sao Caetano have left behind almost all regulars (Anderson Lima, Alessandro, Maraba, Elton, Dinelson, etc) but will have Trigiunho and Caninde still in starting 11. Fla already qualified to Sudamerica 2007 and Sao Cae already dropped to Serie B 2007 so pretty meaningless game. Fla juniors just won their tournament and it's expected that 4-5 of them will start today. Mindsets should be pretty opposite with excited juniors used to winning playing a group that fought to stay up but were just not good enough. Odds moving tremendously to away team so is best to wait for this bet...but will post now to give time to bet in case you're interested. Flamengo -3/4 goal 4/10 @2.15 (pinnacle ... -1/2 is 1.82 at olympic)

Fortaleza vs Gremio - Fortaleza off to Serie B 2007 so they decided to send most of their players away including almost all the important ones like Finazzi, Jorge Mutt, Glauber, Lucio, Ramalho, and Alberico. So they are left to field juniors against one of the league's best teams, Gremio. Gremio have a few missings themselves due to suspensions but are otherwise a full squad. They are classified to the Libertadores already but have a huge goal today, to win and end in 2nd place above Inter. Inter have 69 points, Gremio 67 points, and there is no more fierce and bitter rivalry in Brazil than the Gre-Nal derby. Prices have come down a bit since Inter's loss last night but I don't see how Forta's juniors can tame red-hot Gremio who've won 4 straight overall and 4 straight on the road. Gremio 6.5/10 @1.85 (centrebet)

Fluminense vs Palmeiras - Brazil - meaningless match that will hopefully turn into a goalfest. Both teams had difficult seasons and flirted with relegation so you'll see only a handful of regulars on the field today. Without chances to relegate or qualify for the Sudamerica cup both teams should play free and relaxed with the pressure of relegation behind them. Even during the relegation run Palmeiras were a very overish side and 12 of their last 13 games have reached 3 goals. Flu's problems were on offense this year with only Tuta scoring regularly but I still like the over today. Including yesterday's two games, 17 of 22 final round matches have reached at least 3 goals in 2004/5/6... Fluminense/Palmeiras over 3 goals 4/10 @1.93 (olympic/pinn)

Parana must win for Libertadores but SP's reserves are still a solid team. I like Parana to win but did not bet it

Chivas at America - h2h in this superclassico are miserable for overs (1-6 L7) but situation dictates offensive play. Chivas playing like the best team in Mexico finally and goals have been flowing (2, 2, 4, 2, 1, 3 last 6) while road defense not so stout (2, 1, 3 allowed during this streak). America must overturn a 2-goal deficit but the way they've been scoring at home (3, 2, 2, 2, 1, 2, 3) in last 2.5 months show their potential. America not much for defense either having allowed at least a goal in 9 of their 10 home matches this tourney. The Chivas home leg really did not have a lot of offense, just 9 shots on goal and 17 taken overall. But America's great offense of Blanco/Cabanas/Vuoso (18 goals combined ) vs a leaky Chivas defense and in-form Medina/Bofo/Bravo (24 goals combined) against a poor America defense should make this game very entertaining and high scoring. Chivas/America over 2.5 goals 8/10 @1.85 (olympic)

seems to be a habit of yours...invading my thread with your stupid shit. But as you were -13u guess you needed this to feel like a big shot and actually be almost back to even for the year!!!!! Also, way to use my stats in your posting, very constructive...and the word is spelled "very" - how bout you stay out of my posts with your bullshit just as I have always keep out of yours you newbie c~nt

for the regulars, my totals have been very poor in last 4-5 weeks and I've dropped half of the year's profits with just a few weeks left in the season. I don't bet a lot of Eng/Sco/Ger leagues so probably not a lot of bets to get back some of this coin. Let's see what Toluca/Chivas odds have in store as Chivas look like the team to beat right now.

weekend 2-0-4 -13.08
PSV 1-0 -3.25
Cobreloa 3-1 +4.07
Fla 3-1 +4.60
Gremio 0-1 -6.50
Flu 1-1 -4.00
Chivas 0-0 -8.00

First of all, a +5.7% ROI is still very nice! And don't worry about dropping half of the years profits - I've dropped two thirds of the year's profits in the same timespan. (Small comfort, I know...)
