weather forecast for tonight in Miami is for heavy thunderstorms. how does this effect a soccer game especially as to the over under?

helps the under a little as the ball skids on a wet surface and is harder to control. Important that the goalies are decent quality though as long shots will be hard to stop without rebounds.
