i buy his football capping books and its moderately accurate but when listening to his radio show on friday nights he goes against his own information. he wont answer a question of substance on his website and i find him a frustrated wannbe dj with that sappy dj voice of his.is he a scamdicapper or not? he has jack reynolds on his show and he really sucks.so credibility is a serious issue.

Publishes a quality newsletter and his yearly "Playbook" in full of good information. He has what the handicapping industry needs as he is hard working, honest and produces winners on a regular basis. He's not in kelso or Bob Dunbar's league but you will make money with him.

Pretty solid with his bigger plays. Seems to find a lot angles that are more by coincendence, like Team A is 15-0 on Tuesdays. His newsletters are a nice quick inciteful read and his 3-5 star plays were on fire in FB last year. He has more respect on here than most of the others. He teams up a lot with Tom Scott from the Steam Sheet and together are good.

for a second you guys had me going, good job

this line is a classic:

He's not in kelso or Bob Dunbar's league but you will make money with him.

just in case someone new is reading i must add a few caveats, if you were given mark lawrences late telephone service beginning last august at the start of preseason football, and played everyone of his games at 100 dollars a unit in all sports upto today, you would be down over 6000. i know his stuff sounds interesting but do yourself a favor and ignore him. quite frankly, there are many solid services available that give you a great shot at winning every year but unfortunately mark isnt one of them

good luck

Hey, isn't this the radio show that Roxydude had his girlfriend go with him to and send a shout out to the Shrink?

Talk about your smoking guns.

Hiya Roxy! How ya doing?

I've had fairly descent luck at his newsletter. Just don't necessarily go with HIS top picks. Do the reading and absorb the trends and angles. Then start eliminating the matchups until your down to about three or four picks.

Do this with college football. Forget the NFL trends and angles. NFL is a different game and business.

Marcy admitted on radio last year, Stardust show, that she doesn't bet the plays she sells.
Anything more need to be said?

She actually tried to sue me one time becuz I did a Nat Enq type column on her that said:
Scientists discover that handicapping skill is hereditary!
Not only are there two # 1 cappers in the world, there are two in the same house! marcy and his daughter the cincy dik (judging by his picture on his yearbook I didn't think the guy was into the sort of activity that leads to procreation.)"

The column went on to tell the tale of a kid who got divorced becuz he tapped the family savings to play marcys guaranteed winners, and went broke; it also detailed his multi-package scam.
A "lawyer rep'ing the lawrence ladies" called the magazine editor and threatened to sue; the mag called their bluff and said "yeah, sure you're their lawyer; go ahead and sue, we have the facts to back up what we printed about your business."
Next we heard from them was a thank you letter 2-3 days later, thanking us for all the free publicity, the letter detailing how much their business had grown since we published about them. The 2 bozos actually thought reverse psychology might work. What a couple a-holes.

My biggest disapppointment last season was getting KO'd in the Stardust with my one loser and one tie, and not getting the opportunity to beat the crap out of marcy later on.
