Now she realizes that she better get this taken care of and it is more serious than she had thought..

Here is another scenario, She could be having seizures and she is lying to the public and just saying she has pneumonia, I find that to be a real possibility too. My point is we just don't have enough to go on. Why didn't she go to the hospital? Who the hell knows? Maybe she thinks shes ok or maybe she is hiding something more severe.
I am going on a hunch just a visual hunch that she may have Parkinsons.. Pure Speculation
She was diagnosed with an pneumonia without even a x-ray - at least this is what the campaign press is asking since they've been nowhere near a facility with an x-ray machine.
The Clinton campaign is basically trying to keep Granny away from any professional medical facilities until she's in the White House for fear her deteriorating health will be exposed to the press.
Now they just have to hope she doesn't drop dead before Nov. 8th...

This is how I read it as well - Parkinson's or some debilitating DISQUALIFYING neurological condition.
Either way, they are winging it with granny's health hoping and praying she can hang on until Nov. That explains the no press conferences, lack of campaigning and public appearances that would induce stress - trying avoid scenes like Sunday.
Once she's made it past the finished line and sworn in as president, she'll have the best medical care available WITHOUT PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE.
"Pneumonia gate" is another example why this congenial liar cannot be trusted.
So far I've counted 7 RX doctors.......same people that are wrong about everything here for a decade or more....are now able to diagnose medical illness.

I'm waiting for Dr. Acebb to chime in. Remember he's a super lawyer and war hero.....so I'm sure a medical doctor is just a hobby for him.
