Carter sucked anyway. Testaverde will be worse but whats the difference , they were not winning games this year anyway with no QB and an old washed up RB.

They did not have NFL drug policy when Taylor and the rest of the men you mentioned. When there are RULES,, PARCELLS has always followed them.
