That's not an insult. It's his family name. If I was calling him a derisive German or Scottish racist name, strictly based on his ethnicity, like he does to Lizzie Warren, that would be an insult.

You're not running for POTUS. When you have people speaking on your behalf, when you're running for POTUS, you damn well better be worrying about what they say when they are inro-ing you at a rally.

Yes, Wilmore should have been chastised more than he was. He did get some blowback, but not enough, IMO. That was a comedy dinner though, not a Political rally. Bottom line, Wilmore should not have went there.
