Okay, I've had enough of this bullshit.

Smokey\Chuck-What is the story on this supposed "refund if you had a losing season"? Is this true, or is there more to the story?

Bashers-Keep your bashing in the RR, or your time here will be short lived. Regardless of whatever you may or may not have been stiffed for, taking shots at deceased family members is BY FAR the sickest thing that I have ever seen any scumbag of a human being resort to. Don't even do it in here-and I'm serious. You have to be one pathetic human being to go that low.

Its pretty simple. I paid Chuck $1000 last year. He promised if he didn't make me a LOT of money I would get a refund. He got me killed, absolutely hammered last year. When I asked for a refund he said to "stop being a crybaby" and he wouldn't refund my money. So Chuck is a scumbag lier that flat out stole my $1000! That is a fact, he stole my $1000 and then comes on here and says, "Pray for the miners" or "Treasure your family." What a hipocrat, he stole my money! I pray he is forgiven for stealing my hard earned money!

toutsuck...If all that you say is true, then he is a lying-lowlife-hypocrite scumbag. When he promised you a refund...was that in the form of a credit towards more of his Losing Picks?

Unfortunately touts are scumsucking liars and frauds that would con ANYONE to make a buck. Sorry you had to experience that, but the positive thing here is that NOW you know not to deal with him ever again....or any other "picks-for-sale-manwhore". Good luck to you.

Yes its true. Chuck posted that if he didn't win the last few months of last season and make his clients even... he would refund everything people paid him. During those last few months...his picks lost EVERY WEEK (No Joke). He ended up losing over 1500 UNITS Last year.

So the moral, is that Chuck Luck cannot be trusted. He uses this site to fish for more clients. Just wait till the start of next season, when he will charge for picks again. History always repeats itself.

Last Football Season I Tryed Chuck Luck Football He Is Great On The Phone We Worked Out A Deal, Which I Thought Was A Deal At The Time. For $1500 Until The Superbowl With Money Back If He Did Not Win. I Thought I Had A Nice Bankroll Going Into Football But After The First 8 Weeks My Bankroll Was Gone. I Call Chuck About What Was Going On He Said "sick It Out It Will Turn" Now At This Point I Started To Take Money From My Credit Cards I Max Out 2 Cards On This Guy.
