Letting friends play online casino's with your sportsbook money and them paying you. It sounds horrible but my friends lose the money but have always paid me on the spot. If they are miraculously up I will pay them if a small amount, but if it's big they have to wait on the check. (no different then me sports betting and winning)
I tell them that the roulette table is more than likely rigged and that they have horrific odds to begin with, but they are so adamant on playing.
