130!? I gotta admit, that's mighty impressive. And a little scary as well. You might hold the record buddy.

RC and others,

Naming the book in such situations is important because it's one of the few ways we can keep them in check in this free-for-all unregulated environment. As long as you state facts only and don't make big statements against them that you can't prove, then it can hardly be considered unethical. A lot depends on the tone of your post. If it eases your conscience somewhat then say 10 good things about them also when you mention the slow pay so people don't take it out of context but please do name the book because we players really need to know about this kind of thing.

Darryl:

Your comments are well respected. But I have reasons for not naming books, unless I see a *real* problem.

Right now, it seems like a minor problem. The book has had great CS in the past, a little clueless at times, but that's goes with the territory of online gaming.

I would like to emphasize the are offering other payment methods. I respect this, but it is not the payment method of choice.

I feel they should expedite payment in a prompt fashion regardless the method.

I will keep you guys posted. If I do not have payment within 24 hours, or at least a reasonable explanation the book will be named.

Like I said, there is no need name, they are offering other forms of payment, so they must have the money. Naming the book right now could cause a run on the bank and create all kinds of problems.

I hope you respect my thoughts, as I do your own.

RC where here goes my question by asking, "WHY POST IT ON THE FORUM FOR THE ENTIRE POPULATION TO SEE?!" You telling you story or whatever does the POSTERS no good if you don't disclose who you are talking about. Why not contact the General or Wil by email in private and have them try to resolve it first if you want to protect the book? When people do the 24 hours and I'm gonna tell and waah, waah, waah, it looks like a blackmail attempt to me IMO.

My post was not a blackmail. I posted to hopefully get a logical and simple solution to the problem. Yes, I guess I could have emailed one of the people you stated, that is if I knew that option was available to me.

I handled this is the best way I knew how. Next time I will not post it, I will go directly to one of the people stated. Like I said, I don't want bad blood between books and I. I just want what is rightfully mine, and by my prefered method of payment.

Sorry go2guy, if this offended you. And yes, in 24 hours I will name the book if I am not paid. I have given the book amble time for a solution to the problem. And this my friend will give me reason to feel they are not a safe book, and fellow posters should be warned.

Thanks for your time and respect.

Drunk - I know what you are saying. I try as do the other Mods, to bump this info as often as I can. I can't pin it anywhere, but will bring it up for discussion in the board room for all to see and comment on. Hopefully we will find a spot for it where it is plainly visible for everyone.

Thanks, wil.

If your book doesnt have NT funds the day after the superbowl, there is something wrong with your book. No book can be in good financial shape and be that retarded not to have funds, when they know they will be getting plethora of withdrawals by neteller.

I feel this is the right thing to do. I have now been waiting since Sunday night for BETCBS to fund their Neteller. More than amble time.

Is this book in trouble? Who knows. I feel it is my right to name the book. Many people have lost money in the past, and if this is a warning sign, maybe it will save a few posters some money.

I will post if this issue is resolved. But they have had more than 3 days to pay me by Neteller. Something isn't right.

The Neteller balance only went low yesterday afternoon. Every customer but 5 pending customers have received their Neteller transfers.

Of the 5 customers currently waiting ALL were offered a Western Union withdrawl (at half the cost of the fees- Same Day Payout) or a FREE Bank wire or Fedex (with the confirmation sent immediately)

The 5 customers who are pending only requested late yesterday or this morning. The wire was sent to Neteller to refund the account but has not been credited to our account as of this morning. However, they have promised to have it credited this afternoon.

I dont know of anyone that has been waiting since Sunday so I would appreciate it if you would send me an email direct (dave@betcbs.com) confirming your claim.

Oh $hit, this is eerie. Not trying to pour gasoline on the fire but just finished talking to them and they "mysteriously"

lost my payout request for western union payout today (small amount). Hey $hit happens and they said it would be processed tomorrow so I shall see. I had no idea BETCBS was the book you were talking about before I just saw your update RC.

The Neteller account is now funded. Sorry for the delay. There was an unusually large amount of withdrawls and we got caught a little offguard.

Please submit your requests now and they will be approved this evening. I extended the payout times as a result of the inconvenience.

In the future we will make sure to keep it better funded. In the case that a similar situation occurs you always have the option of a same day Western Union at half the cost of the fees.

Go2guy
The marketing office did make a mistake. I personally made sure your payout was processed this evening.

Thanks for the patience.

Dave, could you hop a quick flight to Panama and show the stand-up guys with deep pockets there how it's done? Seriously, I think everybody here really appreciates your openness and quick attention to these matters. Thanks.

First I would like to thank BETCBS for taking quick action against my problem

The post was not intended to hurt BETCBS or cause any bad blood between myself and the book.

With all the scares we have had recently it was just worrying me that I kept getting different answers each time I tried to request a withdrawl. So in return, I paniced and made a post.

Overall, Dave is a pleasure to deal with and will go out of his way to make things right.

One thing to remember, not every book is out to scam you. There are ones out to run a legitmant business, like BETCBS.

I just wish many more books would follow BETCBS business model.

Thanks BETCBS.
