Pedro Feliz - 3B - Philadelphia Phillies
This guy is an excellent defender and that alone should assure him plenty of at-bats in the offensively-charged Phillies lineup. The fact he is moving from a bigger park to a smaller one is going to give him a big increase in HRs, RBIs, and runs. This guy has always had power and if going to Philly can almost double Aaron Rowand's HR numbers, Feliz should also see a very nice boost. His average is nothing to write home about but he's a cheap source of power in the later rounds.
