Murray vs. Nishikori -- Madrid semis (clay)
Nishi should've won Madrid last year as he dominated Nadal. Unfortunately, he had to bow out due to injury. This year it is his time. Like Ferrer vs Murray on clay (4-0 H2H, 9-2 sets), Nishi is simply better than Murray on the dirt.
Even if Murray wasn't coming off winning his first clay tourney that finished on Monday, followed by a strange sequence of matches this week, I'd still say Nishi easy win over Murray in the semis.
Nishi -2 > Murray, (-130)
Nishi is also a fat +229 to win the tournament.
