I have not even opened an account with Skybook yet and already have had positive experiences with their customer service on three live chats I did with them. Three different chats, three different days, three different people, and I felt they were all friendly and knowledgeble. They spent lots of time answering questions I had and this meant a lot to me considering I have not even opened an account yet.
