My pleasure to participate, always with in reason. No problem, email me what you would like us to check out. We've got other stuff in the works for our Rx regulars, one more goody can't be bad.
And again, sorry for being spaced on this pal.

Ok, it was two bowls.

In response to SLIM, my favorite Peep memoir is when he was talking about hs disuputes with Major and/or Devil--I am not really sure if it was one or both of them. I don't remember the exact nature of the dispute, but I think that Peep was prodding for info. about Majorbetting. He was getting the runaround and mentioned that some of his posts (or threads) got deleted.

I got a real kick out of Peep's statement that he was "hammying" them, and he used this word a few times. It let me know that he identified with my style at least in part, even though it was not always appropriate for the Forum.

Good kid, but definitely not a proven handicapper yet. I hope that Jake sticks around and demonstrates over time that he is a solid handicapper.

Back to Jake Thompson do you really think this kid goes to college and eats noodles? He appears to need marketing help..

What was the deal with that website of his, looked like it was made by a 5th grader

J Man-

I have no doubt that JT goes to college and eats Top Ramen for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, it is Ramen and eggs. For lunch it is a Ramen sandwich and for dinner it is Ramen and burger meat.

I was a big critic of the JT website, fortunately it has been removed from the WW Web. I think that the "Bonus Play of the day" was Northwestern +17 for about 150 days straight.

I think that we can expect to see another JT site before next MLB season, depending on how he does this season. Keep in mind that the only reason that the site went down is because it was (speculating) part of an arrangement with a different website where he is now posting his plays.

Again, I do not dislike JT at all. I actually think that he can be funny at times. I WOULD like to see him do well in MLB this season and cannot emphasize that enough.

Part of what the RR does is to make it known when those who have sold or sell their picks have a bad day or run. None of these posts are personal.

I'd like to interject for a moment. Ham and Jman are two guys I speak to off site frequently. I am quite fond of both guys.
Both were considered bad " eggs " at one time or another and both have rebounded to be at the top of the game. Both have evidenced moral fiber, integrity , intelligence, knowledge and loyalty.

First , thank you both for all you bring to the table-

Thanks for the kind words and insightful questions.

My biggest fear in life is being without family or friends. I also fear being in bad health or in a lifestyle where I do not have or allow ample time to exercise.

I am not entirely satisfied in my daily life because my health is not where I would like it to be, I suffer from many of the same character defects that I did last year, and my personal relationships are unsatisfactory. The most important change that I could make is to clarify to myself what my long and short term goals are, then to take steps each day towards the accomplishment of those goals. This is a very Tony Robbins approach, though I do not own any of his tapes. It is things like reading the paper, eating 3 square meals, working out, writing some emails to friends/family, etc.. that I would like to do consistently. There are never any excuses, but that is where I am at.

The most satisfaction comes from exercising and learning something new every day. I am primarily talking about learning concrete, tangible things..not learning "the meaning of life." I really enjoy cycling and consider myself an enthusiast of both mountain/road cycling. A day that I don't lose my temper is also a great day.

Biggest regret, well not seeing my daughter everyday...dads get the raw end of the deal..

Biggest satisfaction would be, still being here actually...Something I`ve never addressed here and really never had a reason to, but two years ago I thought I was on the brink of extinction
