This last Spring I worked a block from Tampines Stadium. They are a team in the Singapore S-League. I followed them in the local paper (The Straits Times) as well as other teams. I started following the Woodlands Wellington team when they started to put together a string of victories.

They have won 6 in a row along with victories in the Singapore Cup. Young Lions used to be near the top of the league. However, after winning 8 straight in the middle of the season they have not won in their last 7 matches. They are playing their 5th game of a 6-game road trip and Woodlands has done well at home recently.

5dimes just started taking bets on this league so I figured I would start a thread.

Albirex Niigata B/Gombak over 3.5 +111 188bet 5 units
(For those that don't have an account at 188bet, Gombak is available at +240 and the draw is available at +230 at 5dimes.)

I miss Singapore. All the varieties of food and the beautiful women.

Both Albiirex and Gombak are in the lower half of the league with the end of the season in sight. Albiirex has done well at home but has dropped their last 2 on the road.

Gombak, on the other hand, have won their last 2 on the road in dramatic fashion and are at home at Jurong West Stadium for this one. Gombak has recently put on a scoring exhibition having scores of 4-5, 3-3, 4-2 and 4-1, hence the bet on the over 3.5.

Sunday is the next game. In fact Gombak plays then. I'm thinking we can get a pretty good price for them since they will be on the road. They have been doing well on the road so it could be a good bet.

Pinnacle doesn't handle the S-League games. 5dimes has just started doing so within the last month or so.
