Anyone who wants to be on the jury please sign in, this will be taken very serious, if you have already shown a hitory of bias for or against you will be disqualified.....I am sure we can get to the bottom of this.....

I`m not sure who will represent the offshore sportsbook yet , but we will try sickgambler, will he walk or will he be sentenced to banishment? Only time will tell....

I will volunteer, but I have to say that Sick is one of my main pals, and most likely I will find it tough to be objective, but if needed I will give it my best. I have always hated the thought of jury duty, probably because I always root for the bad guy on TV cop/lawyer shows.

At this point I`d say he is on trial for his posting life as he knew it....

The charges have been filed, we all know what they are....

A guilty verdict of all charges would carry a lifetime banishment ....

Lesser sentences wil carry major fines, and temorary term of banishment...

He could walk away free to post, time will tell...

One thing though, If you are called to the stand you better show up to testify, this is a very serious trial, court TV would love to have this, but we have it here.
