Sure they buy em on lease end...ill let boss know something else, my mom leases a Honda, and Accord to be exact, leased under a negotiated term by me. She only drives about 7500 miles a year, so way under average, but loves a new car (like you say, who doesn't), but I pay cash for it for her at lease term and resale it myself for an easy $3k. She is a dealers dream of turning it in, but I don't let her.

Truth comes out. So leasing works out well for your mom huh. Salesman dont make anything but a minimum commish on a lease but the reason they even bring it up is because it is the lowest you can get a payment and the least amount down. Go try to get that accord for 200 hundred a month with what you would like to put down. Gonna get laughed out of the place.

Dude just drop it

You were wrong, move on

You are always wrong. Finance guy wants a lease in his hands lmao
You should go read too so you might have a slight clue before you say something stupid again.
And your buddy really proved his point admitting his mom leases and it works out well for em.

I dont even sell cars anymore but before you argue this go look at the f ing website. Everything i wrote is off the terms of the 2016 lx accord lease. You just arent as smart as you think you are and after reading all the words on the homda lease come back and tell me why it isnt a great deal. Learn aboit words like cap cost reduction and closed end lease. If you arent willing to do that there is no sense in trying to make you understand.
It's not a great deal because it CAN be negotiated just like when buying. Period. I bet you never let folks know that did you when you worked at a stealership?

What part didn't you understand? I know about leasing, my mom does it with the help of my negotiations. A Honda to be exact, just like you want me to read about. I guess you didn't comprehend that like everything else in my post either although it was clearly stated...

But I think he's right... Leasing isn't for everyone..would I lease a Kia, no because of resale .. Honda yes
I never said he wasn't. I've made it clear my mom leases a Honda, and it's the best car to lease if you're looking to buy at lease end, a bmw if you're not...why wouldn't I want her to lease considering she wants new car every couple
of years and it allows me to make an easy minimal $3k every time. Win win for both of us.

he's been dead wrong Everytime with his math, buying, and what are options, though, and as stated, that's very typical of a car salesman, ex or not...

It works out well because she doesn't turn it in and I pay cash for it. That's exactly what the stealership wants her to do so they can make that $3-6k instead of me. Leasing doesn't work out for me and the average person, though, but the Honda is the best car to lease though if that floats your boat. Mazda seems to be okay right now also bc they underestimated the cost of a cx-5 in the long term.

your math has been atrocious in this thread and it's shady as crap? Will you admit to that?

Save yourself the time and get the price off true car.A mooch like you comes in the first thing i do is grab the invoice and blow the fuckin car out to you . I wouldnt want to spend anymore time with you than i had to. You think all salesman are dishonest ? Salesman dont make shit selling new cars to mooches like you.Way to prove your point tho by telling us all how great leasing works out for you and your mom.

Just got it last month. I'd post the damn contract if my mom would let me. Zero down, $200 a month. That's why my mom likes a lease, she doesn't wanna pay more than that for a car monthly. I negotiate the selling price and residual for her.

Be honest, if a car has a MSRP of $31855 and a claimed invoice of $30800, how much do you think you would sell it to me for? If you didn't want to screw me, what's your definition of a fair price?

Hey, I wish my mom didn't fucking lease, but she's content to, I make the best of it for her. It's not a good thing for the average person. Putting money down on something you don't own and probably will turn in and never will is cray crayYou keep failing to answer all my questions and ignore your math mistakes and bullshit options...

if if my mom walked into the dealership on her own and leased, she would get scewed.

Cars are the most impulse bought things in the world. That's why folks get scewed easily and taken advantage of more often than not. You'd be the one to tell me my terms aren't possible, and the average person would impulse and buy, but I'd laugh, walk out, and go down the street or a few towns over and save thousands...

I'm a mooch but you wanna charge someone $7k for a .9% loan over 60 months. I'm a mooch, but you wanna charge $2500 for a $995 warranty that can be gotten for free if you know what you're doing, not to mention bought after the fact of purchase of you chose too. I'm a mooch, but you tell people their payments and down payment add up to $6k when in fact it's $8800. There's more, but we get the point...

I've never leased a Honda, bought 2 though, along with a Mitsu Evo and Toyota Tundra.

And you know what ? Whatever yoi do for a living i hope nobody wants yoi to make a penny. You think you entitled to get stuff for free? Go tell yoir buthcher you want a steak but are not willing to pay for it at full price. Because of mooches like you most new car dealerships just put the lowest price right on the hang tag. No mystery big time negotiator. Cheapskates like you are never happy and will never have a good experience. Trust me you are announced to the f and i guy with an apology. But hey good luck with the lease lmao

Sorry, I don't pay that "best price tag" price either. Sorry, I make a damn good living because I treat people fairly and never have screwed someone over, and I never will. Owe the finance guy an apology, why because I have over an 800 credit score, and my baby momma happens to be a CFO for a company with over 600 stores. Yep, I apologize for not being shady as fuck. Have a good day...
