I got a 4 team parlay with only NCState left to win. Should I buy some points with Duke and hedge a little?

P-Pitt pk,WF -4,UNC 1/2 -4,NCSTATE +4 = 110/1210

Also have NCSTATE +5 (bought half) 300/250

Should I go DUKE and buy to 3 (1.5 Pts) 750/500.

any help is appreciated...

source: Phuck hedging, if it's your day get it all, because at some point you'll need it.

BTW: Dukie's are gonna take there throat out. Best of luck though.
But if you do have to hedge, wait till half time and take a good look then.

good job there. i personally would bet duke for maybe 600.00 this way if duke hits ur still up +500 and if nc state does cover ur up +600 either way a winner..but thats up to u. depends on strong u feel about nc state today. either way very nice

Duke is a scary team to bet against because of their blowout capability. I think I might hedge small. I've been down to one team in the past and seem to always come up short. It is hard to get that 4th game. Thanks for the advice...

you could play Duke on the ML , -185 to win 100. This will at least get you back majority of your parlay wager of $110. If Duke loses, you win 1200 minus the 185 for the ML.

source, by doing this, you could use as a middle. Dont you like them kinds of plays.

For what it's worth, every home team has won outright and covered today and those games still underway are within the same pattern. This has been a consistent pattern during February. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

some good points made here, but wouldnt u truly rather know that u would atleast win 5-600? even if u played duke for 400.00 still a nice win. something to think about, either way i'll pull for state for u, gl

this one would be easy for me, id play duke (ML), duke is capable of drilling them and you losing everything.. the ML gives you a nice middle shot and locks up a nice profit.. other option is a teaser: duke with the west or east in NBA all star game.. here is how it would go down. take duke and the east on your teaser: duke (even) east (+11).. you may have a chance to middle or hedge again and lock up even more profits, nice situation that your in but do not forget that duke is probably the best team out there and you could lose everything by riding it out.. my choice would be the ML..

as an extra word, do not wait until halftime, if duke is up double digits then you are not going to have any options.. dont mess with a first half or halftime wager..

Thanks for all the good advice...I will ML Duke and hope for a Middle. That would make an already good day into a great day. My day started with a WF 1/2 win. They were down by 12 points with three minute til half. I figured I'd lost so I went to play with my son. When I checked my computer WF had won the half by 7. Was that a sign of things to come. With my luck NCState will win this game outright!!!

nothing wrong with riding it out, or playing a 2 team teaser or a 2 team ML parlay for 1/2 the total..
