T-mobile sponsored these scam artists on their “Free stuff Tuesday “ promotion and I got duped out of 70 bucks. Signed up then cancelled through a long drawn out process within 24 hours even though I had thirty days to do so,, They charged me 70 dollars after thirty days and when I protested they offered a 399 package for FREE!....JIM EGAN is the founder of the and he based in DUBLIN IRELAND. They have a phone number 516-858-7410 but the prompts inform one that they are out of luck when using the phone. I have contacted FTC T-Mobile and awaiting responses from elected officials. I also contacted Bank Of America who is issuing a Temporary Credit with final ruling in 90 days. I am not happy with T-Mobile for partnering with this F-Rated BBB company
