As far as ladies go I would say finely groomed as a alternative to shaven.

As far a men we are waiting on a response from Henhouse from last weeks NAMBLA meeting. At last word he was still pondering the question in a deep <ball stare>

 

Hmmmmm, a shaved nun. Damn, ain't been there yet but I'd be willing to give it a shot.

Nope, I've never done a shaved nun. At least not yet. But I do prefer shaved vs unshaved... saves pulling pubes later.

 

I like a big hairy bush once in a blue moon, but shaved or groomed (like DW prefers) is the way to go.
