Phoenix/Edmonton OVER 5
The Phoenix Coyotes have been downright frugal lately. In their last 10 games they've only gone Over the posted total three times. Part of that, has been the play of third string goaltender Zac Bierk but they Coyotes have also only been averaging less than two goals per night. Tonight they're in Edmonton to take on the Oilers. This is the Coyotes second game in two nights after playing last night in Calgary. Edmonton has been an Over bet this season with 22 of their 40 games breaking the total, including the Dec. 30th game in Phoenix (a 4-3 Coyotes win). With Phoenix tired and their defense suspect they'll be ripe for the picking tonight and the Oilers offense, scoring close to four goals a night over their last five games, will be more than glad to oblige. In the last 10 meetings between these Western Conference clubs the Over has been the winning play seven times. SharpAction.com is playing the Over 5 tonight.
