Thanks Peter. In the past I tried to pick who was hot or who had the big play and more times than not it lost.

No problem. I think this is why it's so important to check the handicapper's long-term track record. A lot of people will jump on a service just because they are hot, but they don't take the time to see if they have done well over the years. Any service, no matter how bad they are, can get on a roll. Hell, a guy who wins 30% of his games every year can even get on a tear. But if you jump on that service during the streak you're likely to lose money because, eventually, they will come down to earth. Personally, I'd much rather follow a guy who consistently hits 55% a year, than a guy who has hit 70% over the last month (with a much worse percentage over the long-term).

For anyone who's curious, it looks like Youngstown Connection is going to have an awful night tonight. They lost with UNCW, they lost with Northern Iowa, and they are going to lose with the Rockets. They still have the Nuggets and Capitals pending, but 2-3 is a really bad night for this service, and that's best-case scenario.

Man, 0-6 for the night. I know I was calling him out the other night, but KB is killing me right now. He's under 50% with his picks. He lost both of his 5* with one game pending. Damn, I've lost so much money since he started the NBA season. I'm done with him or I can start fading him.

A lot were on Houston tonight, not sure about the others but I don't recall seeing anyone on the other picks they had which is nice to see even if they will suffer a losing night in the process. It happens they couldn't win every night could they?
