I don't know how true this is, but someone across the street, allegedly had SOLID information, that its been roughly 2-3 years now that Phil Steele has NOT been calling the shots, like he used too. NOT MUCH MORE WAS SAID, OTHER THEN, 'LOOK AT THE STEADY DECLINE' IN NC SELECTIONS ? If you happen to recall, Northcoast was ALWAYS a service that tend to be a "DOG" SERVICE. There may be some truth to what was said, cause I can't recall the last time, Northeast released one of their BIGGER plays ( totals or sides ) that was a dog, of some sorts. ( not referring to a 2,3,4 pts. dog ) PHIL STEELE HAS ALWAYS HAD A REPUTATION OF RELEASING BIG DOGS AS HIS GOY'S, & IF YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO LOOK BACK AS HIS LAST 5-10 "GOY'S" OR "GOM'S," NOT A SINGLE ONE IS A DOG OF ANY SORTS.
Someone else over there has been making the plays. who knows, the company "could have potentially" been sold, but part of the deal was to keep it under the radar. i find it hard to believe thatba service that was "somewhat" reputable, all of a sudden IS DOIWN RIGHT HORRENDOUS.
