I am not purchasing Power Sports NCAAB Platinum 10* today. They had one last Monday or Tuesday and lost it. I learned that today's selection is a 7 PM Est game, and it is a Div 1 match up. The one game that fits the bill for them is VA/UNC. If someone wants to get it, great. However I am fairly certain the pick is VA who fits the criteria of their selections. A home dog, playing a team that is on the road twice for the second game in 3 days. Sorry this isn't definite, but I wanted those of you to know that were maybe counting on my post.

Here are the Whale's picks in text format. Today, these are 3-team Round Robins by 2's and 3's. Since there is less risk involved when betting Round Robins by 2's and 3's, The Whale recommends betting 2% of the bankroll on each parlay.

Group 1: Round Robin by 2's and 3's:
501 Toronto -3
506 76ers +13.5
508 Boston -4.5

Group 2: Round Robin by 2's and 3's:
510 Rockets -10.5
1511 Miami 1st half -1.5
513 Minnesota -5

Group 3: Round Robin by 2's and 3's:
515 North Carolina -3.5
529 Oklahoma +14.5
534 Virginia Tech -1

Group 4: Round Robin by 2's and 3's:
527 Georgia St/Arkansas St Under 140.5
531 GA Southern +3
520 Coastal Carolina -5.5

"The Whale" uses a round robin betting strategy. A round robin bet consists of betting multiple parlays in each group of bets. Group#1 consists of 3 games. To bet a Round Robin by 2's and 3's in a group of 3 games, you'd make the following 4 parlay bets:

Parlay #1 between Game#1 + #2 + #3 (1 unit)
Parlay #2 between Game#1 + #2 (2 units)
Parlay #3 between Game#1 + #3 (2 units)
Parlay #4 between Game#2 + #3 (2 units)

[h=3]John Ryan[/h]NCAA-B | North Carolina vs Virginia

Play on: Virginia +2½ +105

Top Play

7* graded play on Virginia as they take on North Carolina in ACC action set to start at 7:00 PM ET. SIM algorithm shows a high probability that UVA will win this game. Given the favorable projections we like making these opportunistic DOGS combination wagers using the line and money line for maximum return on investment (ROI). In this case, the optimal combination is to wager a 5.5* play on the line and a 1.5* play using the money line. However, the one single requirements is that we need a +135 Money line to validate the ROI for the combination wager. If it is not at +135, then simply make a 7* wager using the line.
Advanced and Predictive Analytics Discussion Points
The following game situations match the SIM projections and my compiled research for the outcome of this game.
UNC is just 3-14 ATS (-12.4 Units) when they allow 75 to 80 points in a game over the last 3 seasons.
UNC is 6-15 ATS (-10.5 Units) when they score 67 to 74 points in a game over the last 3 seasons.
UVA is 7-0 ATS (+7.0 Units) in home games when they score 75 to 80 points in a game over the last 3 seasons.
UVA is 8-2 ATS (+5.8 Units) when they make 47% to 53% of their shots in a game this season.
