4* Rockies at Angels

I'm not standing in front of this Colorado express train, reminiscent of September, 2007. The Rockies have completely turned things around since firing their manager and going with Jim Tracy. Since Tracy moved from bench coach to manager, the Rockies have gone 17-5, moving from the National League West basement to two games over .500. While the Los Angeles Dodgers still look nearly unreachable in the NL West, the Rockies now are a legitimate wild-card contender. The Rockies came back from the dead again, winning for the 15th time in 16 games on Todd Helton's walkoff, two-run blast that gave the Rockies a 9-7 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Starter Aaron Cook keeps the ball down and is 6-3 on the year, plus 3-0 with a 2.14 ERA his last three starts. LA starter Matt Palmer may be 6-0, but he does not have dominating stuff, with an ERA over 4. A great spot for the red-hot visitors. Play the Rockies.

According to what has been posted on the Services forum and corresponding results:

David Banks: 24-24
Freddy Wills: 13-4
Square Picks: 16-11
Prime Time Sports Advisors: 25-23
MLB Computer Picks: 48-37
Rated Picks: 64-64
C-Star Sports: 25-26

These are strictly won-loss records not taking into account "stars" and double-up plays. I do not track individual Bonus Plays because they are on more than one thread. I do count them if they are listed along with paid plays. What this means is none of the players listed are very good other than Cpmuter Plays. Square Picks is not posted very often. Chris James has a website with posted results.

Freddy Wills at 13-4 is obviously not very good. 48-37 is very good?

Why bother posting this. 13-4 is great!! No way he can maintain that pace. Your comment just proves what us old timers know. Free forum picks are worth what you pay for them. If a capper does start winning, you can rest assured his pick will not get posted. The poster does not want to get cut off or it is a shill trying to drum up business for the tout.

fukn cards suck.. but im a met an so its a win win haha

actually it's not a win win. It's a win lose no matter what. Not trying to be a jerk but I'm in the same boat and that's why I hate betting against my teams. Either way it sucks.
