Let's just say I am suspicious of the motivation any service when a service gives out a GOY on a slow day, in this case

no college basketball!!

Barring a miracle comeback in the last quarter, this one has disaster written all over it!!!

I promised that I wouldn't post anything more re: the lawsuit of Big Al and others for posting their picks in he service section,

so I will post ot here!!

All I can say is that if Al et all don't realize/ like that this is the internet age with freedom of information, which is clearly

the case here, then do something else like in his case practice law or some other profession where issues like this don't exist!!

As the old expression goes and as it applies to issues like having one's picks posted, "that's show biz!" as well as another

appropriate expression, "If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen!!"

which doesn't surprise me at all knowing who and what you are!!

Just because you revere Big Al as some kind a deity and take offense to anything that doesn't lavish him

with praise, doesn't mean that everyone has to agree with you!!

Actually, you never did prove/document anything re: Will Rodgers or Ben Burns, but instead tried to ram your opinions

down my throat and others like you are some kind of an insider rather than a wannabe and in reality a clueless punk!!

Give it a break man.... you are a complete clown. You chastise everyone for not buying Big Al's picks yet yourself seem to "accidently" see all the picks that are posted in the service section. You also provide no help to anyone on here just perpetual whining. Look I have a lot of respect for Big Al so much so that I am willing to spend my own money on his advice....but I would never begrudge anyone for seeking out the plays of certain handicappers. I am not sure if you realize it, but it is not realistic for a single person to subscribe to 8-10 different handicappers. That's why this section functions as a community that shares information not unlike a neighborhood watch where everyone does their part to make a neighborhood safer. I would strongly recommend you to leave since you seem to hate everyone and everything on this site. All you do is pick fights with other members.

They're just deleting the picks if we post it so I figure exchanging picks through messages is better and more private.

Only picks being deleted as of now are cappers from Big Al's site

I sure hope that Rx's attorneys are the ones who have decided not to post the picks of certain cappers rather than the moderators and

owners of the site.

Going back around 20 years, Bettorschat was a successful gambling site that posted picks of noted cappers as well

as commentary.

Then one day without warning, the owner of the site stated that no more picks would be posted because he had been threatened

with lawsuits

I wrote to him and said what I did in this forum, namely that giving out simply the picks of other cappers was not illegal and that

any lawsuit would be tossed.

To cut to the chase, most other sites continued to post the picks and most are still thriving.

On the other day, on the day that BC made its decision, interest in the site started to erode, and today while still in business

but virtually a ghost town, and sometimes days go by with no posts.

I am not necessarily saying the same thing is going to happen here, but let's face it-if you eliminate the bread and butter of

the site, namely the picks, interest is most likely to erode at an accelerated pace.

I am not trying to start trouble and I am not an attorney.

Rather I am simply expressing an opinion based on the historical past and precedent!!

If everyone would look at the list of cappers we are not suppose to post this site would shut down if they all were enforced we wouldn't be allowed to post Big Al' cappers - Wagertalk cappers - Pregame cappers - and a long list of others that would just about cover everything that's posted here but my question is why this site when the others I go to don't seem to have a problem posting anything they want
